Revitalising the ZEN Brand with a Stunning Digital Transformation

When ZEN Windows and Conservatories approached me to do some SEO work, I knew straight away that we needed to take a more holistic approach.

They had some fundamental issues with their branding and online presence. Although ZEN had a great reputation across the Bristol area with glowing reviews, their online presence didn’t reflect the quality of their service. This left ZEN at a distinct disadvantage against local competitors.

The goals were clear from the outset:

  • Elevate the ZEN brand to reflect the quality of their customer service
  • Improve the website experience for visitors across all devices

The Approach

Together, we embarked on a digital transformation that covered every aspect of their online brand identity.

Brand Workshop

We kicked off this journey with a one day brand workshop. Working closely with owner Paul Axton, we took a deep dive into what their brand represented. In particular, we looked at the brand values they wanted to embody and how best to communicate this to customers.

This collaborative effort laid the foundation for a more cohesive brand strategy. Something that would resonate with their customers.

Brand Identity

Armed with these insights, I developed a brand strategy that aligned with ZEN's business goals, and customers.  This blueprint guided the new brand identity, logo design and marketing copy.

Working closely with our designer partner, Studio Free, we updated their logo and website concepts. I built the new website on the Wix platform which provided all the functionality they needed.

The end result was a website that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimised for search engines.

The Transformation

This digital transformation has repositioned ZEN as a formidable brand in the local glazing market.

Their website now serves as a powerful digital showroom. Their brand proposition is much stronger and conveys their brand values in a clear manner.
